Look After Your Mate

Welcome to the Look After Your Mate TTT online course!

The Look After Your Mate TTT training programme enables university staff to deliver our Look After Your Mate workshop, which empowers students to support friends experiencing mental health difficulties whilst looking after their own wellbeing.

You will be able to access all of the modules for the TTT course on this website. For Module 3 you will need to sign up to one of the live Zoom workshops – click on “Module 3” for more information.
